How the Literacy Service Works:

• The person requiring help (the student) contacts the organiser.

• A meeting is arranged between organiser and student.

• Based on the requirements of the student, the organiser will suggest a tutor.
  

• Having agreed on a tutor, the organiser will arrange for classes to commence.
  

• Classes will be held once a week - they can be on a one-to-one basis or in a small group, according to the wishes of the student.
  

• They can be held in any location, throughout the county, that suits both parties.

And remember, there are calls coming into this office every day concerning Adult Education, so your call will be no exception
