(c) Provide for a procedure where inappropriate or unacceptable behaviour is dealt with efficiently, effectively and fairly through agreed procedures for the making of and dealing with complaints of bullying, harassment and sexual harassment.

In accordance with the informal procedure detailed in both Codes, Co Monaghan VEC seeks to draw your attention to the following persons who have been trained as Resolution Facilitators in accordance with the informal procedure detailed in both Codes.
