BORDERLINES

"BORDERLINES 4" is a publication of poetry by young people in the border region. It is the fourth edition published by the VEC from entrants to the annual Patrick Kavanagh poetry competition.

Bridge the Divide (2000)

This is a book of poetry, short stories, art and sculpture by young people from North and South of the border. The content was produced during the summer of 2000 at a two weeks arts residential as part of the Drama, Art and Design for Mutual Understanding project funded by the EU Special Support Programme for Peace and Reconciliation.

Moving Lifelong Learning Forward in Co Monaghan

A report commissioned by the Adult Education Board of County Monaghan VEC to evaluate the extent to which the provision of Adult Education by the VEC meets the needs of the county in a broad range of disciplines, especially the areas of Literacy, Communication, Information Technology and training for work. The research was funded by the Department of Social Community and Family Affairs.
